Seedream 5.5 AI is an online service that edits your pictures, or creates new ones, from a written prompt using AI image models. We operate the website and the account, storage and generation service behind it.

This policy covers the website and the generation service.

Account information: your email address, name and sign-in method, and, if you sign in with a third-party provider, the basic profile it shares.

Content: the pictures you upload, the prompts you write and the images generated from them.

Usage and device information: pages visited, approximate location from your IP address, browser type and a device identifier used to prevent abuse of free credits.

Payment information: purchases are handled by our payment provider. We receive the purchase record, not your full card details.

We use your information to provide the service: to sign you in, generate the images you request, store them in your account, process payments and credits, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the service.

When you generate an image, your prompt and pictures are sent to our image generation provider, which runs the ByteDance Seedream model you chose and checks the request for content. They process these files only to complete your request.

People in your pictures can be recognized in the result. Upload a picture only when you have the right to use it and the people in it have agreed. Do not upload pictures of children.

Generated images are AI creations and may be imperfect. They are not statements by the people shown.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the service (hosting, storage, email, payments, analytics and image generation), when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Uploaded pictures are deleted automatically 30 days after the image is created. Generated images stay in your account until you delete them or close the account.

Email support@seedream5-5.io to ask us to delete your account and the content stored for it sooner. We may keep limited records when the law, a dispute, fraud prevention or a payment requires it.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and private storage to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password or a trusted sign-in provider.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences such as language and theme. If analytics is enabled, we use it to understand how the site is used in aggregate.

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you. Email support@seedream5-5.io from the address on your account. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

The service is not directed to children under 16. Do not create an account or upload a picture if you are under 16, and do not upload pictures of anyone under 16. If you believe we hold a child's data, contact us and we will delete it.
